Fidus360 is a business platform. To keep it safe, reliable, and lawful for all customers, you agree to use it responsibly and to ensure your users do the same.

You must not use Fidus360 to:

• engage in any illegal activity or violate any applicable law;
• attempt unauthorised access to the platform, other tenants’ data, or any system or network;
• upload, host, or distribute malware, viruses, or harmful code;
• conduct phishing, fraud, or impersonation;
• send spam or unsolicited bulk messages;
• infringe intellectual property or other rights;
• harass, threaten, or abuse others;
• reverse engineer, decompile, scrape, or attack the platform or its APIs;
• place excessive load on, or otherwise disrupt or degrade, the service.

You are responsible for the documents and data you upload. You must not upload illegal, harmful, or infringing content, or content you do not have the right to store and process.

Where Fidus360 provides AI-assisted features (such as tender or document automation), you must not misuse them to generate unlawful, deceptive, or harmful output, or to process content you are not authorised to use. You remain responsible for reviewing AI-assisted output before relying on it.
