Frequently asked questions.
Is this a full payroll system?
Not yet. HR & Admin builds the salary structure and computes PF, ESI, professional tax and gratuity, but it does not yet run a monthly payroll or generate payslips. Attendance exports are payroll-ready for your existing payroll tool.
Does it keep up with the Labour Codes?
Yes. Salary structures are checked against the Code on Wages rule that basic pay is at least 50% of gross, and the statutory rates and ceilings are kept in one dated file so they are updated in one place when they change.
Does it control app access?
Yes — admins grant or revoke each user's access to each app from one screen.
